Commercial

We understand that with commercial work there often needs to be time taken to keep the work place tidy and to work around others so the job doesn’t disrupt the work place.

Our tradesmen must be tidy and being involved in both domestic and industrial we understand this and at the same time have all skills required for the work.

Shops and office work places needs tradesmen with better skills than the normal domestic electrician as different types of equipment should be used to make the job conform to safety regulations which is very important to get right when equipment is being installed.

Lighting is very important with commercial buildings as staff are working for long hours, running costs must also be considered when the design is being done.

FARM WORK

Walker & Thomas have been doing farm work for many years and run a four wheel drive vehicle for this reason.

Water Pumps have long been a special job with all the staff. We carry equipment to repair any electrical fault with a water pump so we won’t need to return to town for parts.

Dairy Sheds are no longer a simple job, they are very complex and require knowledge on the running in order to install a new plant. We have done many new sheds of which are all different in some way and have built up valuable experience.

Vat Wash Systems: We have designed an auto vat wash system to completely wash the vat after the tanker driver has left so the milking staff can sleep for that extra hour in the morning. These are very popular and only take minor pipe work changes to install.
